Auxiliary holds book fair

 The Lawrence Memorial Hospital Auxiliary hosted a Books Are FunSM book fair on July 12. The Auxiliary sponsors the book fair twice a year in order to raise funds to purchase items for the hospital. In addition, a $5 Jewelry Sale is also held twice a year. The next jewelry sale is scheduled for October 11, and the next book fair will be held December 3.

Auxiliary members volunteer at the hospital, as well as Lawrence Hall Nursing Center, for such duties as answering phones, filing charts and assisting with activities. Luncheon meetings are held on the first Monday of every month at 11:30 a.m. in the LMH conference room. Anyone interested in volunteering is welcome to attend, or call 886-1200 for more information.
